I got the XL fit well the only problem I have is I have thick thighs and the bottom between my legs keeps rolling up and the back seems to slide down when I sit. The fabric is very comfortable it flattened my stomach and also helped to pick up my bottom portion of my stomach. I think for my size I probably should of gone maybe with a L to be more snugged XL loved just was not happy with the back part of bottom sliding down.
